Lip Sync

Post by Rich2Putt »

After eading all the links on this subject, let me understand something.

After capturing a DVD disk (mpg file) from a DVD player via (USB cable) Cap Wiz into VS9, there is no solution in VS9 to have the audio & video in sync? My capture setting in VS9 is at "DVD" (never had problems before with this setting) When capturing from camcorder via firewire I set capture setting at DV-AVI.

There are sections of a concert from the DVD I'd like to keep but the audio does not match the video AFTER buring to a DVD. In the time line, the audio & video is perfect.

I'd rather not use plugins or third party sources. Slowing the speed of the audio or video is not an option because it's a one in a million shot of getting it right.

Thanks.......

Why don't you use import DVD, its alot faster and your video should sync up with your video.

Once you open Video Studio Editor, on the main page right side under VideoStudion 9, right click on any blank area, you will get a menu with Insert DVD/DVD-VR.., select it and navigate to your DVD drive, and open it up.
