I have a Dell 5150 computer, Pentium 4 CPU, 3.2 MHz, 512 MB RAM. I recently bought MovieFactory 5 upgrade (from MF 4). Quite often, the program stops responding. One example is when I use Ad-Zapper (OK once, but on 2 previous occasions, stopped responding). Another example is when working with a *.dwz file; When I click on Multi-trim video, the program stopped responding.
Any thoughts on why this annoyance occurrs?

Thanks for your advice, but I have contacted Ulead directly about this, listing all responses to these questions.

Hi,
Yes, sometimes the program goes into not responding.
It depends on your system.
So far MF5 can have a small error box "Behind" that main window.
If the program isn't responding then hold down the "<LEFT ALT> key
and pressing the <TAB> key will display a window on you desktop to cycle through the programs that are open in windows.
You may be able to chooser that error message/notice screen and hit OK or "X".
Sometimes it will take a minute to respond. Guess it's working in the background.
If it doesn't respond then hitting <CTRL+ALT+DEL> keys will bring up the task manager and you can manually force windows to terminate the program.
