Hello,
Thought this might make playing Mpeg-4 and divx files easier for people going through the effort of converting them to dvd.
It's also a method to use for High Definition Video until Blu-Ray becomes affordable.

Besides playing back the newer format mpeg-4 and divx files these units are also dvd recorders.
