I get this everytime I start to share a file.
Here's what I have done to try to fix this to nno luck
# Delete the "Ulead VideoStudio 9" folder in C:\Program Files\Ulead Systems\.
# Delete { 88F 92798-59AB -474F -B40D-1EC 5F 782F 7EE} in C:\Program Files\InstallShield Installation Information.
# Go to Start: Run, and input the regedit command.
# Delete the "9.0" folder in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Ulead Systems\Ulead VideoStudio \9.0
# Reinstall VideoStudio 9.
I even found another { 88F 92798-59AB -474F -B40D-1EC 5F 782F 7EE} key in the registry and deleted that . When I reinstall and run VS 9 it acts like a clean installation except on the right where the video files show up where you can drag them to your time line the ones that I've been using are there so I know I'm missing deleting something . I can reinstall under a different profile and it works great so I know I'm just missing something somewhere
I have XP pro Sp2
Unknown error when accesing File

Did you delete the folder from C:\Documents and Settings\ALL USERS\Application Data\Ulead Systems\Video Studio 9 ?
C:\Documents and Settings\{User Name}\My Documents\Ulead Video Studio
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ulead Systems
The ones in red can be deleted to do a clean reinstall...
