PhotoImpact XL upgrade

Love a number of your products. Sometime ago I upgraded and installed PhotoImpact on my computer. Unfortunately tyhe computer began to die. Fortunately I was able to salvage aoo my daya (excelp e-mail). However, when I went to install on my new computer I was unable to do so because the new computer had no earlier programs on it. and I was unable to locate the "original disk." Any ideas as the whereI go for a solution? Thanks!

I'm quite sure if you contact Ulead with your information they will be more than happy to assist you in retaining a replacement CD of your original purchase

Do you know which program qualified you for your upgrade to XL? Did you purchase the boxed version of XL or did you download it? Did you originally register your programs with ULEAD on their web site? If you did, log in with your username and password and find the registration details of your previous program. With that info you can contact customer service from the Ulead web site and explain your situation.

Do you still have the hard drive from your earlier computer. If so attach it to the new one as a slave drive and then you can point the installation program at the installation on that old drive.
