Where do I find a driver for Photo express3.0

I switched to Windows XP. Ulead photo Express 3.0 won't work. I was told I probably need a new driver for this. I'm clueless where to search for one.

I have a MiraScan color flatbed scanner. It's not running anymore either since XP was installed.

Help!

You need to contact the manufacturer of the device for updated driver.
