Please Help with Photo express.

I RECENTLY BOUGHT A DIGITAL CAMERA THAT CAME WITH PHOTO EXPRESS 4.0 EVERYTIME I TRY TO DOWNLOAD THE PICS OFF OF MY CAMERA I GET THE ERROR SAYING.........CANNOT FIND A DIVICE FOR AQUIRING IMAGES. CHECK IF YOUR INPUT DEVICE (SCANNER OR CAMERA DRIVER IS PROPERLY INSTALLED.......... I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING TO TRY AND GET THE IMAGES OFF OF THE CAMERA AND I CANT....... I HAVE WINDOWS ME........... ANY SUGGESTIONS??

I havent used Windows ME for quite sometime.
Using Windows XP your digital camera is assigned a drive letter as though it was another hard drive. From there you can copy/paste. Drag/drop.
Delete etc. I am reasonably certain that Windows ME will work the same.

I'm not sure about WinME, but I do know the Win98se will do as Steve stated, so I would think that ME will too...

Also Bev, is your CAPTs KEY STUCK...Please don't type all in Capts, that's shouting on a forum... Thank you..:)

It states on the package that this camera should be plug and play with windows ME. but still I have had no luck .. is there some where I could find out maybe to down load a new driver for this camera and where would i find it thanks

I think you need to contact the manufacturer of the camera for update drivers.

Had similar problem using Windows98se. Resolved by attaching camera to PC before power up. Give it a go, you have nothing to lose.
