Clips with a separate accompanying alpha channel video file?

How do I use an avi clip that was rendered with a separate alpha channel video file ?

Normally I use an embedded alpha channel, but I was wondering if Ulead MSP v8 can support a separate alpha channel file ?

eg. I rendered an avi clip in Juicer2 and chose an option to create the alpha channel in separate video clip.
