Ulead Photo Explorer 7.0 SE Platinum and Sanyo vpc-az3

Hello:

I need to know how to open wizard Photo explorer when the Camera is connect. First time I installed the software it was running perfectly but two months ago I must reinstall the O.S. and now the wizard doesn't appear and I don't know operate with the software.

This is what I found in Ulead Knowledge Database:

BTW, I think you might need to find a program Ulead AutoDetector for the feature. If it's been turned off then it's possible you will not see PhotoExplorer to show up when you connect the Camera to the system.
