Try this
1. put one copy of the source clip on Va or Vb and another copy on V1, aligning them perfectly.
2. on the Va/Vb clip apply the Old Film video filter and set it up like this;
Dust: 100
Scratch: 100
Shock: 8
Light variance: 10-20
Shift Color: white
3. open the overlay Options of the V1 clip and set its transparency to 70-75%.
4. set the Preview window to full frame (or better yet send it out through Dual Head) and observe
Adjust the settings to your preference if this look is too extreme.
Setting the top clips transparency to 90% will further desaturate the output, giving it a faded look while allowing the Old Film look to show through even more.
You can move both clips to overlay tracks so long as their relationship stays the same: the Old Film clip on the lower numbered track and the transparent clip on the higher numbered track.
