I am able to select a text style from the Easy Palette and write text. This gets me the style that I'm looking for.
Now, what is frustrating the heck out of me is how do I take advantage of the Text - Composition components in the Easy Palette?
I can double-click, or drag the Composition components over to a blank page, but I cannot figure out how to change the text. Is this at all possible?

I just posted this reply in the Push File.

Open a blank image and click on the Text Composition preset you want, and it will float on the blank image. Deselect the object and then select the text or individual components one at a time and change them each individually.
The text will remain at the size and font of the preset. Delete the old text and move a copy of the new text onto the graphic.
I have never been able to apply the text- composition to free standing text, only alter what is added by the preset.
