Unspecified Error Message 0x80041468(5224)

Upgraded to MF 5 today. I have been using MF since 2.0. There is always an issue everytime I upgrade. Tech support is non existant but here it is:

When importing footage from a DVD burned on a Panasonic stand alone recorder I get the following message:

Unspecified error
Report ID: 0x80041468(5224)

Anyone else?

as always, no response from Ulead customer service. In the 4 years I have owned Ulead products I have never ever and I mean ever had them respond to a support request question.

I am having the same problem with that error ID. Just started too. Been using MF5 all year and all of a sudden it decides to give me this error code and quit working. EVEN ON DVDS I HAD PREVIOUSLY IMPORTED WITH NO PROBLEMS!!!! Toshiba tech support was "real helpful." They said Google search it, but that just lead me here. MS has no answers. Toshiba has no answers, and Ulead refuses to give any help! Ready to chunk technology!!
