I'm creating a web page and I would like to use the fonts , 'the sans semi light' and 'the sans semi bold'. These fonts are not included in PI XL. Is it possible to install new font into PI

The fonts you see in PI are from your windows font folder. You can install them just like you would any other font and they will show up on the PI list.
A word of caution, if you plan to do your web page text in these fonts, the person viewing your site will have to have the same font on their computer or they will not see it as you had intended. These are not standard windows fonts so the chances of your visitors seeing them is small.
