Extremely frustrated! Please help

Bought and downloaded Photo Express 6.0 but when I open it an error message comes up and says ipe.dat.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created.

Can someone help me find a possible solution to this? Your help will be deeply appreciated.

Multiplying your posts in different categories does not help in keeping a clear line. You have posted the same problem under "Imaging" and recieved feedback there. I suggest to delete this post.

I apologize if my "double post" offended you or caused you grief. I would be happy to delete the post if I knew how. I am new here and am not familiar with using message boards or at least not this one. I am simply looking for any and all suggestions on how I can solve my problem. I am more worried about solving my issue of not being able to use the Ulead product that I paid for than trying to figure how to delete a post but since obviously you are more concerned with double posting than anything else.. I can certainly take the time and try to figure out how to delete it.

I'm not concerned and it doesn't cause me any grief either, I was suggesting to concentrate on one post rather than getting feedback on several. It's also a policy of this board to avoid double postings. Never mind, anyone looking at this post will surely understand now that there is another one.

I have to apologize for my suggestion to delete this post, since there is no way for you to do that, sorry. Only moderators can. On other boards you are allowed to delete your own posts but not here. Just wasn’t thinking properly.
