Error 80041c21
I was rendering a video and it was 99 % done. Then I got an error message Error 80041c21 and the program shut down. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks Bill [/code]

Using third party device, such as Canopus, ADS...
USB
From a DVD - What are your capture properties?
DV-AVI
MPEG1, MPEG2
xVid, DivX
WMV - What was your workflow?
Capture, Edit, Share>Create Video File, Share>Create Disc
Direct>DVD
Capture, Edit, Share>Create Disc (skipping the create video file) - What are your system Specs?
This can be completed in your profile of this forum. - Have you applied any/all update patches & fixes for VS9?
- Has this problem just started? Have you been able to burn dvds before?
- Do you have any other DVD authoring programs installed?
Were they recently installed?
Do any of them have packet writing?

Bill,
Your properties are not appropriate for DVD quality and your system is not fast enough to capture Mpeg2. You did not say what kind of video you are capturing - analog or digital. If digital, you have to capture AVI(DV) format. Have a look at the top sticky post for a quick overview of the recommended procedure for editing with Video Studio.
