Questions on PS4

I have done my first two PS4 slide shows, over 150 pictures each, and successfully burned some DVDs. In performing that process have come up with some questions, some of which may be wish list items.

1. Is there an easy way to control the background music’s volume? Yes I found the slider, but having to adjust it on each picture is tedious and slightly inaccurate.
2. Is there a way to specify random transitions?
3. How do you get the slide show to stop at the menu rather than just start when the DVD is inserted? Or is this happening because I have not yet put more than one slide show on the DVD?
4. Recording sound annotation seems to be a bit unreliable. I recorded over 70 and at least 30 magically vanished by the time I was ready to burn. Needless to say I was ready to burn.
5. What is the function of the initial Photo Frame, Transition Effect, and Pan and zoom buttons the are displayed on Theme’s slideshow tab? Are they just for the specific slide showing to the left, or do they somehow work globally like the Audio and Effect.
6. Video Show has animated text can Picture Show do animated text? Actually I have had little luck making the text work
7. Video Show allows you to pick Actual size, maintain aspect ratio, or fill the screen on each photo. Can Picture Show do the same?
8. Slightly off the wall, I frequently make Panoramas, is there a way to convert a very wide say, 2000 pixels by 420 pixels, into a movie file that can be used by Picture Show?
