error 1904 can not register smartsound.dll

HI, everyone, I aave the VS 9 installes, but I can not use "auto music" (grey out). I tried reinstall the "quicktracks", but I always get the error message "error 1904 module smartsound.dll fail to register". Please help (I am running Windows 2003)

Thanks! I tried but the RegSvr32 says the "the specified module can not be found" (The dll file IS in the folder)
