Uninstall

I installed the update "Ulead CD & DVD PictureShow 3.0 5 in1 Update Pack (Build Number: 3.0.1.8, Release Date: 2005/2/22)" hoping it would make the DVD pictures smoother. Now, I can't get through the compiling before CD & DVD PictureShow 3.0 shuts down. It worked before I installed the update. I want to go back to the old version without the update. I tried to uninstall the program, but am unable to. I used Windows XP "add and remove programs. It says that it uninstalled the program, but it doesn't.
How do I uninstall PictureShow 3.0?
