Preference to render

Anyone know if the setting in Preferences for Resample Quality affects the final output for creation of video? Does it just affect the preview quality or the final output (Actual video)? Help appreciated

The only settings that affect final output are the ones that you select durein create video. The project settings can be used in two ways. Either match your input so you can easily preview the movie, it will only have to encode the parts you have edited or match your output, any parts that are encoded that you preview won't have to be reencoded at the end.
