Does anyone know?
Dear Ulead friends,
Does anyone know if you can apply both fading-in-and-out and chromakeying at the same time in the new 10-plus version?
In VS 9 it wasn't possible.

Chromakeying and fades
Thanks Videoman,
But I'm still wondering why not. I thought that Ulead would fix this in the new version, but they didn't. Now it is still not possible to fade-in a chromakeyed logo to my projects. Is cost me a lot of work to switch to Magix, only for adding a chromakeyed logo with fade-in-and-out.
Do you have other solutions?
Kindly regards,

Well, instead of having the video editor remove the background using chromakey, how about using a photo editing program to do that? What image editing programs do you have? You could use PhotoImpact, or several others to remove the background from your logo. Then save it as a PNG, TGA file wth transparency (32bit). Bring that into VS on an overlay track and the background is gone, plus you can use fade-in's and outs. Anyway that's the approach I would try.

You could use the two pass approach like I did with the circular PIP in this tutorial

re. VS 10 Plus
Will it be possible to put transitions between clips on any of the 6 new overlay tracks?

Re: Video Studio 10 Plus
Say no more, I don't need any of the rest. For those two only, it's sold.vidoman wrote: [
6 Overlay tracks.
That's right, Video Studio 10 Plus will have the capabilty of 6 overlay tracks, that's' a total of 7 video tracks.
Anti-Shake Filter
Yes they did it, they added an Anti-Shake filter, that if I may say so, rivals those that cost about $80. I know this first hand. I have done a comparison of a competitor's filter, that I purchased for about $80 , and in my opinion the Ulead Anti-Shake beat it.
Where do I put the money?
