I don't think any of Ulead's products can do the entire job but several can be used as part of the process. I use a screen capture utility called Snagit 8.0. Snagit includes the primary component from Camtasia Studio that allows you to capture live screen video (with or without audio) in either full screen or a custom window. Basically you just work your way through the PP presentation in real-time while recording. If you want to include CD audio there are topics in the PP 2003 Help File called "Play A CD During A Presentation" and "Add Music Or Sound Effects" which you might find helpful. Before recording, you can define certain settings, i.e.; video encoding quality, FPS, audio source, etc., in Snagit's "output options" (and if you wish, save them as a custom profile). When complete, your file is saved as an .AVI which can be loaded in Ulead VideoStudio, MovieFactory, PS4 etc., and burned to DVD or VCD. The only problem I encounter is when previewing an individual clip in VS9 I'll sometimes get an error message however the "project" preview plays fine. No probs at all with MF4 or PS4 just using the AVI files "as is". That said, if necessary, you can convert the files to a different format and/or resize the aspect before adding them to your project. If you use the quick preview mode the quality won't look great but when fully rendered to VOB and burned to DVD the videos look quite good.
Actually there are quite a few video screen capture utilities on the market and there are also a number of specialty apps (usually quite expensive) that are made specifically for the purpose of transferring presentations to DVD. If you search
http://download.com you'll be able to get an idea of what's available and possibly locate some trial versions to check out. Hope that helps
