Comparison of MF3 / MF4 / MF5 here
and dont forget to read the small print.....
NOTE:
DVD MovieFactory 4 Disc Creator is an all-in-one disc burning solution, while DVD MovieFactory 5 updates some of the menu authoring features, as well as adding HD support. So, if your need is for basic but wide-spectrum disc burning, MovieFactory 4 should meet your needs.
However, if you want the latest in creative menu authoring, plus you are getting ready to join the high-definition revolution, then DVD MovieFactory 5 is right for you!
In fact, if you already own Disc Creator and wish to upgrade to version 5, we suggest you keep them both installed for the widest possible range of disc burning functionality.

I'm running MF5 right now.
Much more stable, faster interface, better menuing & burning.
Loading/adding many audio files to a slideshow is "Simple".
Created a slideshow with 110 pictures & 11 mp3's.
Exported that and the resulant mpeg2 file was 1.5 gig.
While the program was converting I did other things on the computer so
it was multi-tasking very well.
In my opinion for the price it's well worth it to spend the extra 10.00 and
get the full version. This way one doesn't have to install previous versions.
I'm happy with it.

It's just my own opinions on life, not Ulead's opinions on its products. I would be very thankful if you do not look it this way.keithm wrote:If Htchien is something to do with Ulead, isn't this bit worrying!
Nothing is perfect, we can only try to find some solution for the problem.
Since you have the confusion, I will remove the sentence.
