invalid parameter when attempting to create video file

created a small movie using different formats. avi, mpg jpg and when i tried to create a video file, it seems like the first avi that it tries to render it give me a notice of a invalid parameter. what is it and what do i have to do to fix it :shock i even used the smart check and convert to switch the avi's to mpg's and still nothing
