Capturing not working properly in DVDWS2.2

I'm using DVD Workshop 2.2 and I frequently hit a problem when I'm capturing. I always turn 'scene detection' off to avoid the program splitting my videos in to lots of little clips. owever, when I digitise in more than about 10 minutes of video it only actually saves the last 2 minutes or so.

For example I just captured 30 minutes of video via firewire. At the
end of the programme I clicked 'Stop Capture'. The capture timer showed 30 minutes. However, when I went into edit mode the captured clip contained only the last two minutes.

Before that I had captured a 10 minute clip with no problems.

Anyone know what's going on?

what are your computer specs?

Check if the rest of the video is in a different file.

Is it possible it is capturing to smaller filesizes due to system restrictions? Like a 2gb or 4gb threshold on Fat32 drives?
