That is a known bug. That crappy piece of software will only work with MS Java Virtual Machine and not with SUN Java.
I doubt that anybody at Ulead is working on this problem - I have been trying to get support for this problem for three months so far. Nothing happened.
Their support is pretty much not existing, their developers are either all gone, give a *** on the errors in their products or simply had too much rice wine to develop a usable product.

I will give it a try in a few days, a little busy now. Will keep you informed.
About getting helps from Ulead, please make sure you have used non-free e-mail address in the Ulead Tech Support Form ( http://www.ulead.com/tech/suppform.htm ) so Ulead can reach you.
NOTE: Some mail servers categorize the virtual Ulead Technical Support account (ts_reply@ulead.com.tw) as spam and include it in their blacklist, that might be the reason why you did not get response from Ulead. To guarantee that you receive the response from Ulead, please add the Ulead Technical Support account to the list of safe senders.
Hope this helps.

Hi H.T.,
Thanks for the info.
Unfortunately the problem is not on my side. After sending an e-mail to every Ulead e-mail address I could find that I was writing an article for a computer magazine about their support quality, I received a notification from Ulead that there is a problem with the support here in the U.S. - apparently too many people quit and the new people do not have a clue...
On top of that the development team in China, Japan or wherever they are located lies to their management about bugs and incompatabilities in their products. The developers tell them that there are no bugs/problems and because it is so much easier to believe that versus having another problem on the table the management there buys it....
Too bad seeing a company that was pretty good in the past going down the drain.
