When I run Mc Afee spyware my whole system freezes when it gets to the Ulead file PCDLIB32.DLL. Any suggestions?
I am also trying to uninstall Videostudio 8 so as to install version 9 - but I keep getting an error message

Regarding upgrading from Video Studio 8 you do not need to uninstall it first. I have both versions on my system and they do not conflict with each other. If you have the upgrade version of Video Studio 9 it will look for the earlier version or ask for its installation disk/path.
