Import DVD problems

I have a DVD that has chapters that are in the wrong place and I want to import it into DVDWS2 in order to effectively start again with one, uniterrupted piece of footage but it seems to take each existing chapter and convert it to a scene that cannot be deleted.

Is there any way round this with either DVDWS2 or another product ?

Ulead's software releases that came AFTER DWS2 give you the option of importing as one long Title, or several chapters. You could try their free trials...
