I'm creating a movie with some shots of my granddaughter (2Y)
Since she likes very much the teletubbies , I 'like to create that rising sun with her face.
Anyone did such a thing?
Or should this be easyer with another program

If you record the rising sun footage off the show, you should be able to use a picture in picture effect to put your grandaughters face over the one already in the sun. Not sure about copyright issues, but if it's just for home use I wouldn't worry too much.
Use a vignette overlay to circle her face, then colour the vignette the same colour as the sun (yellow?) then colour key out the solid yellow. You are left with a round picture with a little bit of yellow round the edge that should blend into the sun background.
It might take a while, but I'm sure she will get a kick out of it!
