empty photoimpact screen

It started with this error message:

[i]PhotoImpact has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience[/i]

So, it closed and no matter what I do photoimpact loads and then comes up with an empty workspace.................

If you have the Disc, Uninstall and turn off your anti-virus, firewall, delete the two Ulead folders, and reinstall.
