What is the different between the Admin. and the other user acc so that the problem occur in admin only.
Since I want to use the Admin acc, I have tried to import the new account setting, but the problem cannot be solved

Or it's PI SNAFU again.

If it works in one account and not the other, how can it be PI. The OP has simply stuffed up the administrator account or removed certain functionality from it.

I memeber a bug in PI10 when it crashed when run from account with non-English characters (they described it as "the inability to launch PhotoImpact when the Windows® username uses Chinese characters", but it was problem with other encodings as well).
In my case it run OK from Administrator and crashed on every other account.

So it really CAN be PI.

If that's the case, I stand corrected. Never heard of such problem before. How did you fix yours?

After noting the problem and notyfying Ulead tech support (as always getting only automated response and nothing more ever) I got Filemon tool and discovered that PI fails to access my user profile.
Then I created special account just for work with PI. Luckily, the patch solved problem, but it was long wait.
