when scan my dv tape the video studio crashed

hello
i installed vs 9 for first time but when i start dv to dvd wizard and after scan tape in second screen my computer crashed with video studio and don't countniued
i thanks any body hel me

Are you using Windows 2000? Mine did exactly the same thing.

I tried it on a PC with WinXP pro and it works fine.

my os is winxp
cpu: semp 3100+
ram :512+256
hdd:80+ sata

and i twice installed ulead video studio
but it don't work properly
