MPEG encoders

Hello, when I create mpegs in videostudio or mediastudio pro, and want to play them back on another PC, I get an error message from Windows Media Player saying that it cannot play the file.

My guess is that it is an encoder problem, so now how do i create mpegs that can play on windows media player, are there plug inns available from ulead ?

The media players on the other machines are missing a vital codec. Don't know exactly which one but has to do with mpeg2. Ulead is not creating mpeg2 files that are different to others, unless of course you have used exotic settings.

Another solution is to export your mpegs to WMV files then you won't have any compatibility issue on any of the windows based PCs
