Text typing problem

Hi everyone.

I have some problems when typing text in Photoimpact 11 (previous versions did not have this problems).

Key i and b have strange beaviours: typing key i just don't write anything, typing key b closes text editing.

To insert key i, I have to [caps lock] and then [shift] i

Uppercase I does not have this problem.

Tried on another computer, same problem.

Any help ?

Yes, but the problem is not solved.

I can confirm that this _very_ _very_ annoying bug has not been corrected by the patches. It seems that the Ulead Team is not reading this forum

Not that the ULEAD team is been very helpful lately but, in all fairness, it must be pretty hard to correct something that you cannot duplicate. I for one, never had a problem with the text tool, even without the patch, heck, I haven't even installed the latest patch yet. Don't believe in fixing something that ain't broken

Whilst it is an acknowledged bug in PI, it only seems to affect certain system configurations.

Did you notify Ulead tech support about this?
