Output different from expected

Using the uLead video capture utility have 5 clips of 16:9 footage from an Sony Z1U.

Using the trial version of MF4. I create a menu with links to my 5 clips which comes out in 4:3. But the clips the play in a letterboxed widescreen within the 4:3 frame.

Looking at the footage on an HD TV. Should it not be 16:9 using the whole TV screen. What am I missing here?

Hit the little gear icon (bottom left). Is your Display Aspect Ratio set for 16:9
