PHOTO EXPRESS 4 HELP!! PLEASE READ!

I am having problems with my photoexpress 4!! Everytime i click on it, this window install sheild keeps coming up! Nothing happens, it just says installing, and then suddly stops and crashes....my pc is uptodate, and im on windows xp! does ne 1 no wot the problem is? can u please help?

did you install both disc and have you ever had it working sounds like you need to uninstall and then try and install it again i found you need to not install all of the templates i had problems with the scrap book templates if when installing you dont install them and later you can install them manually by copy and paste hope it helps Tony
