Disappearing timeline

Recently, every time I open Cool 3D, the timeline is missing and won't reappear until I reinstall the app. Anybody else have this problem and what's the fix?

When the problem happens, find the u3dedit4.ini in C:\Documents and Settings\<Your Account>\Application Data\Ulead Systems\Ulead COOL 3D Production Studio\1.0 folder and delete it, then all C3DPS settings will be reset to default, including the tool panel locations.

Before this, open Windows Explorer and select Tools->Folder Options->View then check the Show all hidden files and folders setting in the Advanced Settings section and click on OK. If you do not do this, the Application Data folder will be hidden and you might not find it.

Thanks htchien. I think you've hit it right on the head with that tip. I remember having to do the same thing on early versions of Premiere when it would act up.

BTW, I was in Taiwan many years ago and still recall the beauty of the land and its people. Great place.
