Cannot Run Photo Express 4 on win2k

I recently purchased a AIPTEK digital camera with bundled ULEAD Products including Photo Edxpress 4. I have intalled it on a number of pc's running Win2k, but it will not run. I tried all of the usual things like re-booting etc but to no avail. Can anybody help me here?

Are you logged on as a Power user or Administrator?

I have fixed the problem by enabling the application compatibility mode, see link below.
