Help on 'REAL' dvd menus

I love Movie Factory and use it all the time (MV4 full version) but I was wondering if its possible to minus the tumbnails and simply use the text to identify and open the file, like in professinal dvds.
If you know something about this please help me, thanks.

I have written a guide upon how to create your own menus from scratch but you will need PhotoImpact to do it.

Another option is to "upgrade" to DVD Workshop (or DVD Workshop Express).
