Capture frame as still image

Is there any way of capturing a frame as a still image with MSPro 8?
I have scoured the user guide with no success!

you will find it in the Preview and Source window menus!

I just knew that you would know the answer!
I was looking for a button. I had never clicked on that menu before to investigate it!
