How can I change program´s languaje?

I´m spanish, so excuse me if I have falls.
I´ve videostudio 9 but in my version does not exist an icon where i could change the languaje of my program.
If there is someone who could help me.......... please contact.

You cannot change the language of VideoStudio by clicking an icon.

If you want a Spanish language then you should buy a Spanish version from here :-

Suprisingly they only offer two out of date products
Video Studio 8 and Movie Factory 3.

I looked all over the Ulead website(s) including tech support etc and couldn't find an answer to this problem. I've looked through the user forum and nothing appears to fit.
