User Manual MSP8

I have been trying to download the user manual from ftp.ulead.com, but it appears the server is unavailable. I just upgraded from 7. I'm away from my main machine and would like to read a bit on it and I can't. Anyone have any alternate ideas on how I can find a copy of the manual? Thanks...
