bar.dll missing?

I'm using PE 5 SE (from a camera I bought, the software came with it). I've been able to use it before, but now, when I try to open it, I get an error saying "This application has failed to start because Bar.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

Can someone help me?
