problem with sound please help me :(

Hi everybody, i have ulead dvdmovie factory and the new upgrade. When i make a dvd, i have the image with no sound. I try to change the audio format (mpeg,lpcm or dolby digital) but it don't work. I want to know if it has a problem with the program and if it has a patch to fix it.

Make sure that the original video file that you are trying to encode have audio.

This is not a program fault and therefore there would not be a patch to fix it. The problem will be with the way you capture/edit/render/author to DVD. Since we don't know what you did and how it's rather impossible to advise what to do differently. More details please.
