Hi there and congratulation for your products,
I've got a problem with mpeg 2 audio. I've created a Video Studio project and generate video ouptut in mpeg2 format but when I import it in DVDWS2, it seems that the video file does not have any audio properties (Audio type : None) wether it does in Video Studio (Type audio : MPEG Audio Layer 2).
Is that a codec incompatibility between your two products or anything else?
Some help would be appreciated.
Regards,
Doune
Mpeg2 audio problem with DVDWS2

Yes it does.
With all video players it works fine but not in the DVDWS2.
I don't know if it means something but I saw that the file uvmpeg2.dll in VS9 is in version 8.0.0.0 and in DVDWS2 its in version 1.0.0.0.
I'm pretty sure it's a mpeg2 codec problem cause when I generate the video in SVCD format, everythings fine...

Hi, and sorry for late response,
My Video Studio 9 project is pretty simple :
- Multiple videos in wma format (orginal sound keeped)
- linked between together with transition
- Few Titles at the beginning of each videos
- Ending project with a picture slideshow with a background music on it.
My project has been generated in mpeg2 format with the user defined template called "mpeg2".
The version of DVDWS2 is the last trial version I could find on your Web Site : 2.9 ESD Trial
Note : VS9 is the french version and DVDWS2 is the english version.
Thanks for your response.
