The author, Charlie Hills, one of the MSP beta-testing team, informs me that the hard copy version of his book Getting Results with MediaStudio Pro 8 is now available for what I think is a derisory fee at
http://www.getting-results.com/
There is a promotional video at
http://media.getting-results.com/msp8-promo.wmv
I can strongly recommend this book for everyone from raw noobie to seasoned pro.
A must-have technical reference for MSP8

Getting Results with MediaStudio Pro 8 [Book/CD review]
I must second Devil's recommendation of Charlie Hills' Getting Results with MediaStudio Pro 8 book.
I ordered the electronic copy last week, before the hard copy was available and feel like he is giving it away at the low price he is charging for this incredibly rich and deep resource.
The book itself (I'm looking at a PDF - but may get the hardcopy too) is engagingly written and beautifully laid out and illustrated.
Via download or CD with the hard copy, Charlie has provided countless (well, I didn't count!) project files for exercises in the book.
I intended to just do a 5 minute skim until I had time to really read, and got sucked in for well over an hour and gleaned enough new knowledge to make me way more productive. Very excited to go through the entire thing as time frees up.
This is probably the best training value I have ever seen. Really don't know how he makes any money from this given the many 100's (1,000's ?) of hours that had to have gone into the writing, imaging, and creation of project files.
I agree with Devil: it's a "must have".

A look down the table of contents should be enough to convince everyone.

Update
Well I thought I would just browse through the tutorials, and pick a few things here and there. Wow was I wrong...I'm now at Chapter 9 about half way through. MSP8 hasn't been out that long, so Charlie must not sleep in order to figure out so much about the program. Great tool...
