Can't uninstall data-add 2.0

For some reason I can't uninstall this. I ahve tried this in add/remove programs and get this messege"Installshield Setup Launcher has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I have no idea what to do and I need some help.

Can you re-install the program again ON TOP of the existing installation?
That may correct the windows installer settings.
Then after re-installing and rebooting the computer try to un-install the program.
