I've been having a hard time burning VHS to dvd with my Hauppauge 250mce and MovieFactory three. So I downloaded the trial version of MF4 to see if I'd have better luck.
When I try to burn staright to disk I get a message that says:
"No capture driver is present in the system"
When I try to load the MF4 Hauppage plug in I get:
"Setup cannot find ulead DVD MF4 installed in system"
What's wrong? HELP!

No Capture Driver
The Hauppauge plugin will not work with the trial version of Movie Factory 4, it has to be a retail or ESD version of the software.
I'm not sure is Movie Factory 4 will work with Windows MCE, it seems there a lot of folks that have that Operating System (MCE) are having problems with most of the Ulead products.

You should read all the posts here. http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic.php?t=11818
There is a lot of information to sift through but the bottom line is that so far Movie factory 3/3.5 doesn't work on Windows MCE.
