Film To DVD

A while ago I saw somewhere on this forum, the ideal procedure for transferring film to DVD, but on second looking, I cant seem to locate this information. It mentioned camera angle in relation to the projector etc.

I started my own VHS-DVD transfer home-business but I am getting a lot of demand for Super8 and also 16mm Film transfers to DVD. I have the hardware, but am after the procedure for the best results.

Can anyone help me out with either the best procedure, or the location of that post that I saw a while ago.
