HELP PROBLEM

ok i just got a copy today and well i goto install and it will not install in english no matter what i do can someone help...........

We have a problem too

don't know what you want to install where on what equipment? Since it doesn't want to install in english, are your system settings (location) in english? Is your version the english version or some other language?

it say eng on the box but the install is not all my settings are eng

version 11 and it came free with a online order from tigerdirect.com

Was it a download or a physical disk? tigerdirect sounds a bit like some asian company to me

the freebe may just be a copy of an asian version of PI, honestly don't know.

At least you did not lose any money if it turns out to be just that. Maybe they will give you an english version in exchange?

I take everything back, googled for tigerdirect and came up with this: TigerDirect, Inc., 7795 West Flagler St., Suite 35, Miami, FL. 33144.

Being a US based company, you should be able to get a working version off them. Try it. There is nothing we can do here.

I have done a lot of business with TigerDirect for many years. They do not sell Ulead Products in stand alone retail box.

They only sell devices that are accompanied by Ulead SE version software. So if it was a DVD Player, Scanner, or whatever, you have to go to the Manufacturer of the Device and tell them.

Usually it has been by experience they will direct you to their Web Site and you can download a different software package that will work on the device.

So TigerDirect may have sourced this from some cheap country and the packaged version is non english. Since Tiger only act as distibutors, I suppose, there is no way for them to influence what is packaged with the hardware they sell. The hardware manufacturers usually buy the code for the SE versions and modify it to suit their devices.

I daubt that Ulead will let you download an english version instead, other than a trial version. That one will stop working in 30 days though.
