I really must be missing something here.
I am a new user of Video Studio 9.
When I go to Timeline view I see:
Video Track
Overlay Track
Title Track
Voice Track
Music Track
How in the world do I get multiple Video Tracks? I want at least 2 of them because I do a lot of multi video editing (mixing them together). Thanks in advance!
How do I get multiple tracks?

From what you described, you already have two video tracks. The Overlay track is a video track. It is call overlay because it will always be on top of the other video track (if they are both in the same position in the timeline). So, if you are using picture in picture you want to put the smaller picture on the overlay track.
Video Studio does not allow you to add any other video tracks (although for most basic editing, these two are enough). If you need more than these two, you will have to go to a higher-end video editing software like Media Studio Pro.

In addition to what jday states, if you need more video tracks and want to avoid spending extra dollars of the MS Pro then a "trick" is to (repeatedly) use the 2 tracks available in VS to generate a single video file - then feed that video file back into VS on one of the tracks and "combine" your next piece of track information to create another single video file - this process can be used repeatedly until you have (appropriately) combined all the video information you want.
